Frittata – Italian style brunch

Pinocchio has been a friend of Ireland AM for many years. We would like to share the recipes Giuseppe Crupi, director of the Pinocchio Italian Cookery School, prepared live on the program to show how to embrace traditional dishes.

The recipe of the day is: frittata.

An easy and tasty recipe to add an Italian touch to your breakfast or brunch. Watch the video to learn how to prepare it.

Ingredients:

(Serve 4 people)

Dough:
6 eggs
100 ml milk
300 gr spinach
50 gr leek
60 gr mozzarella cheese
40 gr grated parmesan cheese
salt to taste

extra virgin oil for the pan
