Braciolette – Meat Rolls

Pinocchio has been a friend of Ireland AM for many years. We would like to share the recipes Giuseppe Crupi, director of the Pinocchio Italian Cookery School, prepared live on the program to show how to embrace traditional dishes.

The recipe of the day is: braciolette – meat rolls.

It’s versatile, easy to make and sure to impress in a dinner party. Watch the video to learn how to prepare it.

Ingredients:

(Serve 4 people)

16 small veal slices (about 350 gr)
160 gr breadcrumbs
20 gr grated cheese (Parmigiano or pecorino)
80 gr provolone cheese
10 gr parsley
1 clove of garlic
some butter
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste

extra virgin oil for the baking tray

TIPS: Before baking, you can spread the “braciolette” with breadcrumbs to add a crunchy taste.
