Organised by Regione Molise in collaboration with Pinocchio Restaurant, this two-day event brought the authentic flavours of southern Italy to the heart of Dublin. The focus was on tasting and promoting high-quality products from Molise: fine wines, truffle-based specialties, extra virgin olive oil, tomato sauces, and more.
Certified producers from the region were present to showcase their products, offering tastings and sharing stories that reflect the deep roots and traditions of their land.
To enrich the experience, Giuseppe Crupi, director of the Pinocchio Cookery School, led a fresh pasta-making session. He was joined by renowned Irish musician Liam Ó Maonlaí and Katherine Zappone, former Minister and proud Molise native.
The event drew strong attendance, including food industry professionals and Italian authorities in Dublin. The atmosphere was warm and vibrant — a true celebration of Molise’s culinary heritage and cultural identity.
