The recipe of the day is: Green Ravioli, an homemade Italian stuffed pasta.

Serves 4 people
For the dough:
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
100 gr Semolina
100 gr 00 flour
(Alternatively 200 gr of plain flour)
Some extra flour for kneading and working the dough.
For the filling:
200 gr ricotta cheese
50 gr grated Parmigiano cheese
100 gr bresaola
salt to taste.
For the dressing:
butter to taste
grated Parmigiano cheese to taste.
